You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and although experience within a hotel is not essential it would be preferred. A cheerful personality, a positive approach and a willingness to learn is paramount.

Field Sales Executive for Aston Hall
This luxury country house hotel sits within 55 acres of countryside and has a great reputation as a premier conference venue, with an excellent range of meeting rooms and banqueting suites and a full range of outdoor corporate activities in the grounds. The hotel is contemporary, stylish and unique and appeals to companies looking for something different to the usual “run of the mill” hotel. The hotel also has a thriving restaurant serving delicious food and there are a variety of exciting events running throughout the year.
This is a proactive role requiring you to manage your own diary, the majority of your time will be spent on the road meeting clients and doing presentations, attending networking events and conferences and conducting sales calls.
We need a strong candidate with a proven sales background within hotels and hospitality, someone who is self motivated and able to hit targets, well presented, confident and experienced at building relationships with new clients. A car, laptop and phone will be supplied and salary will be based on experience.
